REF: YOUR CLIENT MYLEENE KLASS

Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your three emails, received at approximately 18.03pm, 18.42pm and 19.14pm on Tuesday 21st July 2015.

We regard your emails as threatening, bullying and without any merit whatsoever.

Can we remind you that your client is a high profile celebrity mother, ambassador for Save The Children, and works for other notable brands such as Mothercare. As such she is a public figure and role model to many women and mothers whose behaviour she may influence.

Further, she actively trades on the publicity and uses her children and personal life to promote the Myleene Klass brand.

It has been widely reported in the national media that your client has denied her children access to their father for over a year. See here: http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/myleene-klass-ex-husband-graham-quinn-6095772

To date your client has failed to challenge those allegations despite her appearing widely in the national media, including on the front cover of yesterday’s Sun newspaper here: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/6552997/Myleene-on-divorce-agony.html

As a campaign group campaigning for shared parenting and father’s rights, we have a legitimate reason to raise the issue of your client’s conduct, as covered in the national media, as a matter of public interest.

Our “Come on Myleene” advertisement clearly states that it is based on reported comments and reasonably sets out the case for her to allow her children to see their father.

Should your client begin legal action against those publications where the allegations were made and or against the father who made them, we will reconsider our position.

In the meantime we will proceed with our campaign and publish the advert in the national press later this week.

Yours faithfully,

Fathers4Justice
