As I understand it, I could well be wrong but normally finances are normally submitted with the nisi. Ibwoukd make sure everything is resolved with the absolute.

You can1 apply for a case worker to help you through. There is a ton of helpful information in the sticky posts at the top.

Please don’t do what so many mothers do though and just restrict access to our children just to be difficult. Please respect what you daughter would actually want above all else.

Been 4 weeks now since I saw my darling little girls. The monster has now fused all access to my children and called in the NSPCC. She has no evidence of any harm or wrong doing to the children and all lies. She knows that I can’t go round and take the children. She has got herself signed off sick from her work so she can stay at home all day with them at her parents. c100 form was returned stupidly as the courts couldn’t accept a C/O address so having to resend and wait another week. The courts originally put a date on the application which they wanted for the court hearing but then crossed it all out. FFS!

As a father, don’y ever give up. Your kids are a part of you and giving up on them would be giving up on yourself, neither is a palatable outcome.

Michael – I can’t answer your question but I may be able to help you out with travel. I live in Norwich and I would offer a lift to yourself to go and see your daughter so you’re not having to wait over night and getting more busses etc. If you do want to take me up on the offer just let me know.

    Kind regards

    Ben

I will be representing myself if it goes to court, wont be using a solicitor then. It’s just the stuff between now and then, if/when it goes to court I will be getting advice from you guys on how to represent myself and what I should do.

    But thank you.

    I love this idea, brilliant!

Have personal pins with our ex’s face on them and have it say, they stole my child.

Seeing my solicitor tomorrow to instruct him to start court proceedings. All she says is that they are with me and will be for the time being.

Claire has withheld access to my children for the last couple of nights. If my children are not at home tonight and I don’t get reassurances from her that she will not take our children away again I have no choice put to request an emergency court hearing.

F4J offer case support workers. Perhaps you could try them if you want advice?

Well that was a waste of my time, 2 hours required to make back for work!

Silly thing should be a telephone conversation. Never mind. Next session is getting booked in where I’ll see the wicked witch of the west.

There hasn’t ever been anything official – only texts confirming XYZ will happen for the time being. I have my first mediation session tomorrow so I will keep you updated with it.

Can I just say NHunt thank you for your supoort. I see you are an active member on these forums so it’s really good to read. Mothers are great at giving each other support, us fathers should do the same.
