How old are your kids? Best thing you can do is keep your kids sweet and ensure they are happy to live with you and you are able to provide for them full time.

You can keep custody of the kids and not let her see them, she will then have to apply to court. The system will favour the mother so before you do anything ensure you have everything in order.

If your daughter does not want to see you and the mother has written statements from her against you, I don’t think you stand a chance. The system is very biased and they love pushing fathers to breaking point.

You can go to court however there is a lot of risk to this involved and they will just bulldoze you until you lose out completely, don’t for a minute think the authorities will give you a benefit of doubt, they encourage behaviour to stay away from father during separation. Best to somehow mend your ways with your daughter, show her some love so she wants to spend time with you.

I think you need to go through this forum to know where you and your son stand. Child Custody cases are like messing around with drug dealers and once the authorities are involved they will help the female to completely annihilate the father and his family.

Best thing your son can do for now is stay calm and composed. Be firm at court and argue his case for more contact, ensure he covers there is no danger to the child and your family is there to help. Get a statement from you and your partner to say how good a dad he is and you are there to fully support him.
