I have already achieved what most men envy, I fought this system in a dirty way to get back at the social services. I have made 3 complaint against my local Children Services for discrimination including one to Ombudsman, told a judge at one of the hearing I am not happy at his decision, told the police to do their job and take my statement down and told the health visitor she is being biased at one of the Child in Need meeting. Most fathers will get crushed and God knows how I came out of this and still standing!!!
I hate to see fathers suffer and torture themselves to the ground in child custody cases. This system is sick and disgusting, one men spent 20k on solicitors and is down to writing letters. It is suffocating fathers to mental illness where they lose everything.
Feel free to email me to exchange numbers for a further chat and how to challenge this DISCRIMINATION!!! Fathers have to highlight and make complaints they been discriminated because of their gender.

It will be shared 50/50 but if she gets the full custody of the kids you be screwed. Best to stay out of courts, sweeten her up and play mind games. You will not receive justice at court, it favours the women.

Family solicitors are a waste of time and corrupt, I thought you should know that by now. I saw this after my first hearing and then I was recommended by judge and social workers to get a solicitor, even my wife kept bloating I have no solicitor etc, to trap me with a solicitor. This a way to punish fathers financially and secondly in family courts solicitors do not argue your case making judges decisions easier so why HIRE them?
I would suggest be prepared for the worst, stand up in court and show you have the child best interest at heart and try not to throw allegations back at your wife. Most women break court orders and still they do not get punished.

What did your barrister say is he is a top advocate? I never recommend you to use solicitors or barristers in Child Custody cases, they are the biggest waste of money. Secondly the only thing you can do to stop her relocating is to say your child is in danger if she moves to Hungary. What risk assessment or evaluation has the Social Worker carried out for her to move abroad to a third world/developing country e.g living conditions, benefits, school, hospitals etc.
Your child best interest is to stay in this country for him to be stable and secure. Write to your MP and sign the petition https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/249833.
Not surprised you been discriminated by the Social Services in the S7 report. They are there only to protect and represent the mother, put a complaint in you were discriminated to the Social Services.

NasIn family courts District Judges DO NOT punish women, you find very rare where an order is made for the mother to go to for a mental health, drug or alcohol test. Yet a man has to clear all the allegations thrown at him.
An example is the court has Social Services report and witnesses report that my son is safe with me, there are no concerns and no safeguarding is needed but “she has a volatile behaviour and this will have an impact on our son”. Yet the fucking discriminating judge ask my wife in one of the hearing does she have any concerns with me having my child stay overnight. He refused to investigate her mental illness.
I spoke to one father today and he said in one of the hearing he was still talking and the judges walked off. Fathers do not exist in Family Courts, what a disgrace and disgusting people who work in Child custody cases. These people have no moral values

The system favours the mother, it is put up and shut up.
It is not criminal offence to lie in Family Courts and it is upto a men to prove his innocence. If more women got punished for wasting police time and lying in courts we will not have this discrimination problem.
What do you expect? It is acceptable for women to lie in family courts and it is common to accuse and throw allegations against fathers in child custody cases. She will not get convicted but your son will if he tries proving she is abusing him. Best to let her have the kids and try compromising. Your son has no chance, court only favours the women.
What we can do is sign this petition and ask for reforms to change the law. Pass it onto as many people as you can.
This system is disgusting and disgraceful. No one will help u and solicitors are the biggest waste of money in family courts.

All you can really do is be nice and compromise with your ex or just bite the bullet and take her to court and you could potentially lose all your access if your ex plays her cards right, fathers have no rights to see their children. You can email me at [email protected] for further support.
Not really sure what you can do other than go back to court. Also say this new guy is a risk to your kids and he should not be allowed into the house. Ask the judge to carry out a Sarah law check on him.

Your wasting your money on solicitors, best to represent yourself. In family courts only men are threatened for breaching court orders not women. They are allowed to stop you having access to your children and YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!! They will not be fined or punished only men and the kids lose out.
What is the current court order? How old are your kids? Do the kids want to see you?
What is the current situation with your ex? How many kids he got and why will she not allow him to see them. Does she have a new partner? It is good you are at your partner side, a female presence helps, shows he is not a woman beater.
The only way to take this system down is to expose the Social Services/CAFCASS undercover and take them to a EU court for human right violation and discrimination .
Rebecca what do you suggest we do? How can we move forward.
