We need meetings to be video recorded or independent witnesses sitting there. Trust me the social workers are very discriminating and play dirty tactics with the mother to frame the fathers. In my case the mother keeps saying I drop my son off during handover he has dirty nappy, clothes and crumbs on his face. Social Worker is encouraging the mother to behave this way and to accuse me of dropping my son back off in dirty clothes and not cleaned properly. I suggested to social worker can we investigate this in more detail why she keeps saying this but unfortunately she was reluctant to stop these false allegations against me and quick to acknowledge her allegations without evidence but swift to dismiss any concerns I have raised even though my son had to spent 2 nights for burns treatment under her care.

I am getting my story out there. It could be you tomorrow, your brother, your neighbour, your colleague etc. DONT let these women WIN!!!!

We have 63 million men population in UK and yet we cannot get 100,000 people to sign this petition. You just need to create 3/4 fake accounts to bump this number etc, get you parents, sibling and friends to sign it. Most fathers give up or go mentally insane due to this system and they suffer heavy financial losses through the corrupt solicitors who con them for money. Some are even left homeless.

I have made a complaint to Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman against my local Bucks County Council for discrimination. Please see an extract I sent them: –

“I have not been provided any counselling by Children Services but they keep telling me someone will contact me regarding domestic abuse. The service has been very poor, I am not provided minutes for the previous meeting before hand to prepare for the meeting in advance. Most of my complaints are dismissed by Mehreen instantly or staged by Mehreen. Mehreen is not working independently she is very female oriented.

Bucks County Council children services have not shown any clear communication why my son Abu-Bakr should not be on child protection plan as per my email on 2nd April 2019 and Mehreen is very hostile towards me. If I question her quality as a social worker she targets me.

The communication is very poor, meeting minutes are not provided ontime and we should have video/audio recordings for evidence. We need independent witnesses to sit some of these meetings to stop fathers from being discriminated.

Children services should address immediately in writing what safeguarding, precautions and checks they undertake to ensure a child danger is not compromised.

We need more male workers to support fathers and for fathers not to feel intimidated by the female workers. The meetings I have attended with Health Visitors, Interpretor, Social Workers and Children Services are all women and it is very difficult to put a man view across.

I can only suggest getting in qualified staff and better training will help improve the system.”

You can try apply for court order but I don’t think you can do much other than trick your ex partner and bring your daughter back. This legal process will rinse all your money and you will end up with no money.

DO NOT LEAVE your house!!! Finances is 50/50 if she has the kids she will be living in the house with child maintenance from you. You will end up homeless and limited access to your kids. Take any other assets of your name to someone you trust.

Ensure you take all your money out of joint account. Before she go to court regarding child custody or divorce proceedings ensure you have the upper hand. Pamper the kids, ensure they are on your side and sort out any other technical issues that are relevant.

If the house is solely on your name, you better put the deed on your son name as a gift or another person you trust before divorce proceedings. If it is shared ownership you have to go 50/50.

Legal aid solicitors are gaming the system with non molestation (NMOs) orders having risen from the lowest level in England and Wales of 19,405 in 2012 the year before LASPO Act 2012 was introduced on 1st April 2013 to the highest level of 27,026. There has also a spike in NMOs due to changes to police bail under the Policing and Crime Act 2017 on 3rd April 2017 where NMOs are being obtained as alternatives to police bail instead of the police officer seeking extension of police bail in domestic violence cases after 28 days. Hi Mate,

Best you can expect is some sort of weekend and some midweek contact depending on how fit a parent you are and allegations made against you. Try not to put your personal details on any open forum e.g the letter above.

Go to court and get the ball rolling. DON’T use solictiors and if you can try to mediate through friends and family because in courts men are always on the back foot and have the minimum contact.

Men have to learn to keep the bitches sweet and manipulate the situation coz we only end up getting fooked up by this system.
