I just had the section 7 report from the social services today and they completely fabricated and manipulated the report. I gave the Social worker my wife passport and she handed it over yet she written on the report I am not handing it over and they also mention how my son is more attached to the mother and the child stay with her even though she has no resources, support or financial means to help my son.

Is anyone aware how the court works or are they biased too?

This does not sound good. Have you had legal advise? I would suggest to take all the statements and court papers and get some legal advise for a small fee

The only option you have is to sell or put it on someone else name that you can trust in the meantime.

Solicitors are waste of money, best to represent yourself or just take advice of them for £100 a session.

Have you got a court in place to see your son? Keep collecting all the evidence and don’t throw money on her maintenance or at the contact centre.

Best to withdraw all your money and take assets of your name. Any assets on your and her name will likely be split 50/50 seeing you been married a long time.

It is simple, you are entitled to half of her assets. Stick in it for long term unless she is happy to split it out of court on reasonable terms.

She can live in the residence house until the kids are 18 but it will still belong to both of you as the court decides. Feel free to email me for further advise on [email protected]
