Lockdown plays right into the hands of the resident parent, of course the mother. She can literally isolate the children from the non-resident parents for 40 days under the government guidelines. You can argue all day long go to police and Social Services, no one will care but point you towards the courts. A new contact order application will take a month to even get a response and months before you get a hearing.

    Hi,

Have you been reading through this forum and other people comments? It is a biased system and really really tough for a father.

You can email me for a phone chat.

Your eldest is 19, you should be able to contact him should he wish to see you. It will be better for you to keep contact through the elder to stay in contact with your other children.

Seeing the mother is awkward and will continue to alienate children from you, you can go to court. That is a very long and tough process which the mothers normally win.

Read through this forum and other people comments to understand how this process works.

Have you been through this forum and seen other people comments on here? This is a very one sided system to help mothers and designed to extort money from fathers.

You can email me if you need specific advise.

Its a one way system, they set up the father to fail and mother retains the children.

Read up other people comments here how this system works. Plenty of good info on this site and forum

    Have you seen this video?

“The UK Family Law industry is running riot in abusing Fathers and their children for profit. A father does not have an automatic right to see his own children, he has to enter the secret family law system which is secret for a reason, they are a corrupt and profiteering enterprise built on the pretence of equality. It’s time these courts were made accountable for their human rights abuses. Cafcass are an extremist corrupt anti male organisation run by the government who offer up fathers like lambs to the slaughter. We demand equality, not persecution.”

    Hi jessiesdad66

50% of court orders are broken and do not mean anything. Always self represent and you have more chance of winning. Watch this video

You can contact me at [email protected] for further help.
