@alex,what can we do if the court orders are not enforced? You can go back to court and they will take your money and side with her. Family Courts are a complete waste of time

We need to come together and change this system, write to our MPs and hold these mothers accountable.

    Hi,

Have you been through this website, forum and FAQs.You can use the following link to go to court https://www.gov.uk/looking-after-children-divorce/apply-for-court-order.

I would do as much research as possible before I apply to court. You can also email me on [email protected] for further help or join my whatsapp group for a swift response.

    Thanks

Many applications are abandoned because parents run out of money, suffer ill health or the ability to simply carry on. The cost of going to court can range from £10-£50,000 in a process that can take years. Many parents cannot afford to go to court and spend thousands of pounds on a court order which has a 50% chance of being broken and will not be enforced by a judge. One study found contact decreases over time and breaks down entirely in over 20% of cases within 5 years

Have you read through the forum and seen other father’s comment to understand how this process works?

50% of courts orders are broken and not enforced. CMS and Family Courts are useless, they do not resolve things.

How old is your daughter and what is your current contact? You can email me if you want on [email protected]

She is refusing mediation to send you packing to Courts. Go slowly and don’t jump into this or you end up burning yourself.

I have set up a whatsapp group, you can email me your number on [email protected]

I don’t think you have done your research and been through this forum. It is a tricky situation and she holds all the cards.

Why did you leave the house? Tread carefully or she may go to the police and get you arrested and have a non-molestation order on you for harassment.

Best thing is to try and mediate through family and friends, and come to an agreement at a loss. Second option is you can go to family courts, this is normally a long, tough, emotional trial, can take forever and very expensive. The courts favours the mothers both financially and morally.

I am pretty sure most fathers have better result when they self represent. Family Courts decisions are not based on legal grounds and you do not need a representative there.

    Hi,

How old are your kids? She has custody of the kids and the kids are happy with her. Unless there are safeguarding issues and the Social Services take the children away from her, your chances are remote of getting full custody. Ensure you do not lose contact with the children and continue to play a positive role.

You can email me at [email protected] or join the whatsapp group for advice.

    Regards
    Nas

Have you seen this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ougMf7FpDP8

The longer they keep a child from a loving decent father the more money they make. Family failure costs the UK tax payer £48 Billion per year and yet they keep this quiet. Parliament is propping up this industry, all the MP’s know exactly what they are doing and support it, it’s all about the money and many MP’s are also lawyers. The family law system is out of control and very powerful.

I am with you and happy to demonstrate outside parliament.
