I think your case is slightly complicated, get some legal advise and you may need to apply for a court order

However don’t have high hopes as this system is against the fathers and mother can move her children around at will. Also don’t waste money on solicitors representing you, only get advise for consultation and represent yourself.
You will need to get all the paperwork ready

I disagree with you mate, Social Service and Judges have a lot of sympathy for the mothers. I keep hearing they act in the child best interest but that never happens. Social Services/CAFCASS will hide and manipulate their findings to favour the mother.
Men should start taking action, write to their MPs and sign this petition

Mate, we have to accept the judges and cafcass/social services are biased against fathers in family courts. It is acceptable for women to lie or hide details in the courts and we get punished. Either we accept it and move on or continue campaigning.
Name and shame these CAFASS and children services. I was told yesterday we can also make complaints against judges too, we pay taxes yet we are at the end of the evil decisions. I have made 2 complaints against Bucks County Council Children Services and I will make another one, I will continue doing so and expose the system.

Just go to the police station/social services with your daughter and say you got no where to live. Let them know your wife abusive and you and your daughter feel too scared to go back to the house

I strongly believe in family courts you do not need solicitor, they are crap and crooked. You are better of throwing your money down the drain

Is Father 4 Justice a money making organisation? I have seen no help or advise. So much discrimination going on against men yet no pressure on the courts, cafass and children services.
This site does not seem very serious and I am pissed off. Are there any campaigns, meetings or petitions set up to challenge or put pressure on courts
Max, even the evidence will count for nothing is family courts. It is acceptable for a woman to lie because they are stressed and scared. When the shoe is on the other foot they will punish men.
Also any evidence you collect will be dismissed or ignored as historical evidence and not relevant. This is sick and disgusting system, I am shocked how we get treated yet there has been no changes to the law to protect men integrity.

Good luck with that, the system favours the mother blatantly and don’t have high hopes on a fair trial.
The best you can do is stay calm and collect evidence, however court will refer the matter to CAFASS to buy mother some time and then its CAFASS/Children Services duty to cover up for the mother. What happens in the past is brushed away and everything is forgotten before you know it you will be accused of being a bad father and a criminal for stressing the mother and putting your children at risk.
It is a dirty game my friend.

I don’t think we can do much, they will dismiss your concerns as frivolous and bend over to help the mother. The whole system is crooked from Children Services, CAFASS, to courts and solicitors. Best you can do is submit an application to court again however dont have too much hope. Try and collect as much evidence you can, you can also email me at [email protected] for further help.
I am surprised so much discrimination is going on against men yet no one is doing anything about it. When are we going to wake up.
