EXCLUSIVE: Graham Quinn hits back at Myleene Klass who was criticised in social workers report after denying him access to their children.

She is depicted as the model mother who was wronged by her heartless ex.
But, according to Myleene Klass’ former husband, Graham Quinn, the former pop star is far from an innocent victim in their failed marriage.
On the contrary, the Irish businessman claims she’s actively denied him access to their two daughters, Ava and Hero, as revenge for the split – and has even cut ties with his family, including the girls’ paternal grandparents.
The Dublin-born father, 43, also says that she’s used her £11 million fortune to repeatedly frustrate the legal system and exclude him from their lives.
Now, a social worker’s report has surfaced showing criticisms of Klass’ parenting in light of their separation – which claims she has risked her daughters’ emotional development by denying them a relationship with their father.
The report said Klass’ conduct ‘could have long term social and emotional consequences’ for the children and ‘she has little to desire to continue efforts to restart contact.’
It states that the children’s needs ‘would be better met if Ava and Hero were able to enjoy a stable and mutually rewarding relationship with their father…for there to be no contact will leave these young girls only with negative memories of their father. This is harmful for their emotional development and identity formation.’
The report also highlights how Klass is away from her children much of the time, ‘Ms Klass has a hectic professional life, and is often out of the country and is reliant on her nanny and parents for help with childcare.’
Graham Quinn had planned to embark on a desperate, last-ditch attempt at a legal challenge with Fathers4Justice but didn’t feel he could cope with years of litigation.
He said: ‘I haven’t seen my kids in years. The only exception is when Myleene begrudgingly met me in a car park off the North Circular Road in 2014. She lowered the window about three inches and I could see the girls in the back. That was it.’
In this time, the former Bodyguard for JLS and Hearsay – the group which first catapulted Myleene to fame – has unsuccessfully spent more than £20,000 on trying to secure equal parental access.
‘I’ve thrown so much more money at it and I can’t afford much more,’ he says. ‘I’ve spent £20,000 and am probably further away from them now than I’ve ever been. It’s like banging my head against a brick wall.
‘I’ve missed so many birthdays and Christmas days. I’ll never get that back.’
Unsurprisingly, the lack of contact has left Quinn unwell.
‘Its made me depressed for years. I’ve had to go to counselling to get through every day. I’ve had to reach out for help and I’m not ashamed to admit it,’ he adds.
‘I only ever see my kids in the media – being paraded around in products to make her money. It’s killing me and she knows it. I was deep in depression, dying inside. I can understand why men kill themselves because they can’t see their children, although I wouldn’t do that.’
‘I’ve tried to get Myleene to see the light, but she’s not interested. She knows how much I love those girls and that it’s destroying me, but she doesn’t care – she’s got them all to herself and loves it.’
‘I don’t even know where they live any more. I can’t see them and I can’t speak to them on the phone. I’m blocked on Twitter and Instagram, so can’t see photos of them and even my autistic niece is blocked on social media.’
‘My family have reached out to try and send birthday and Christmas gifts, but they’re just ignored. My parents are innocent people but they’re denied access, too.
A social worker’s report also makes references to how the young girls seem to have been alienated against their father.
‘My eldest used to say to me: ‘Daddy, did you take all of mummy’s pennies?’ and I’d have to explain no,’ he adds.
He also rubbished claims that he received a generous pay-off in the divorce.
‘I got no financial settlement at all. All I got from the sale of the house was the money I’d put in. In fact, we sold it at a loss. But she’s been brainwashed against me. She’s heard too many bad things against me. It’s heart-breaking.’ he says.
‘She got the easiest divorce ever. My lawyer at the time said I could’ve demanded a lot more, but I didn’t want to. It would be taking away from my daughters. She changed overnight after appearing the jungle. It suddenly all became about money – she wanted a driver and a make-up artist. That killed our relationship.
‘She’s painted as the poor woman left with the kids, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
‘She won’t let me pay child maintenance anymore so it looks bad. I’ve been in contact with the CSA and they’ve told me to keep putting the money in a separate account.
‘I wanted to pay through the CSA, rather than directly to her, so it was all official and above board. They looked at my accounts and calculated that I needed to pay less than she was demanding and she didn’t like that, so cut me off. I still put the money aside each month so the girls can have it when they’re older.’
‘She keeps manipulating the system and is very clever with it. Fighting for the kids has cost me work, too. I lost a contract of 11 years, last year. That cost me £40,000 and I had to let two of my staff go.
‘I know one day I’ll get to see my girls and I will make it up to them.’
