F4J launch campaign against secret courts in The Times
Fathers4Justice have launched an ad campaign against secret family courts in the law section of The Times, ahead of Open Justice Day on Monday 20th February.
The advert features her Ladyship, Mrs Justice Arbuthnot, as the “face of secret family courts” which F4J claim have more in common with Putin’s Russia than a modern democracy.
F4J are seeking recusal of the judge at a hearing in the Royal Courts of Justice that same day in the case of former CBeebies presenter Katy Ashworth. Read more here https://www.fathers-4-justice.org/2023/02/f4j-to-drop-truth-bomb-in-high-court-battle-on-open-justice-day/
Said F4J Founder Matt O’Connor; “Our advertising campaign will manifest itself in many forms in the media which will escalate until such time the judge sees fit to recuse herself for the clear appearance of anti-father bias in the case, as well as her making findings about Fathers4Justice without our knowledge and in our absence.”
“We need to expose the tyranny of secret courts like this to the disinfectant of sunlight.”
